The Sum of all Parts
January 2004

I have been waiting for this CD a long time. It was well worth the wait. This CD rocks and is so well put together, you can't go wrong. Pick this CD up today. "Hello Again" is my favorite, but the whole CD rocks.

This is an album full of everything from light hearted country songs like Smoke'em If You Got'em and No Better to edgy rock numbers with well written and intelligent lyrics such as Kerosene and Hit or Miss. The album was recorded in San Antonio at Tribal Recording and produced by Jackson and Chad Garrett, with such notable players as Bobby Flores and Andrew Langham from Ray Prices band, and Billy Brent Malkus from Nathan Hamilton and No Deal. Jackson worked at what he called trying to make the perfect Americana record a little bit country and a trifle bit rock and roll, "I really tried to walk the line," he said jokingly.
